From quote request to completed project in as little as 2 weeks.
You submit a quote request with site details, aerial imagery, and target vegetation. We review within 24 hours and schedule a site visit if needed. You receive a detailed proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing.
Once approved, we lock in your dates on our deployment calendar. We provide all required compliance documentation—COI naming your organization, W-9, safety program documentation, ISNetworld/Veriforce credentials. Your safety team reviews, and we're cleared to mobilize.
Our team arrives with the herd, transport trailer, and all equipment. Same-day setup of solar-powered electric netting perimeter. Herder establishes camp (if multi-day) and confirms grazing zones. You receive a deployment confirmation with GPS coordinates and herder contact info.
Goats work target vegetation from dawn to dusk. Herder rotates netting as zones are cleared, monitors herd health, and maintains daily logs. You receive daily text/email updates with progress photos and acreage cleared. Inspector visits coordinated as needed.
When target vegetation is cleared, we demobilize and leave no trace. You receive a completion report with before/after photography, acreage totals, species impact notes, and recommendations for follow-up treatment if needed. Invoice issued per contract terms.

Our herd is specifically selected and trained for industrial vegetation management. They're not pets—they're working animals with an appetite for the invasive species that plague your sites.
Clearing rate depends on vegetation density. For light brush, 30 goats can clear approximately 1 acre per day. Dense invasives like knotweed may take 2-3 days per acre. We provide realistic timelines in your proposal.
Our solar electric netting is highly effective, but our herder is on-site 24/7 specifically to manage the herd. GPS-collared lead animals allow quick location if any animal strays. In 1000+ acres of projects, we've had zero escapes requiring client intervention.
Our primary season is April through October. Goats can work in cool weather, but vegetation must be actively growing for effective grazing. We book 6+ months ahead for peak summer months.
We have a 3-day minimum deployment ($1,260-$1,620). This covers mobilization costs and ensures meaningful progress. Ideal projects are 5+ acres or multi-day ROW clearing.
Yes. Our herder is PEC SafeLand certified and experienced with active industrial sites. We coordinate with site safety, follow all access protocols, and participate in daily safety briefings as required.
