Yes, initial site assessments within our service area are free with no obligation. For sites requiring extensive travel outside the Hudson Valley, we may discuss a nominal assessment fee that gets credited toward your project if you proceed.
During peak season (May-October), we typically book 2-4 weeks out. For urgent projects, we do our best to accommodate based on current herd deployment. Off-season projects often have more scheduling flexibility. Seasonal contracts receive priority scheduling.
Yes. We're fully set up in Veriforce and ISNetworld with all compliance documentation current. We can accommodate PO-based billing, NET-30/60 terms for established accounts, and provide all necessary documentation (COIs, W-9, safety plans) for vendor onboarding.
